Bojan Miovski appears to be frustrated after failing to secure a move away from Rangers in the summer window.

The striker parted ways with his agent shortly after the window closed, releasing a statement that welcomed interested clubs to contact him.

He had several clubs interested in him, but for whatever reason, he was unable to get either a loan or permanent move.

The Gers were always open to letting Miovski go, but only on the condition that they signed Kevin Kelsy.

Derek McInnes did land his £9million target, which opened up the doors for another striker to leave.

That striker was Miovski, as linked clubs may now return for the North Macedonian in the January transfer window.

He requested that any relevant queries are forwarded to himself from now on, with a clear desire to move on.

Turkish side Genclerbirligi approached Miovski ahead of the deadline, but reports suggested that it was a move that the player didn't want to make.

But there's a good chance that this was down to his agent.

Feyenoord also showed interest in the number nine, but he was not their top target, though both sides could return in January.

Champions League side LASK were also keen on Miovski, and Austria could appeal to the player in the winter window.

With Lawrence Shankland now injured after hurting his right hamstring, there's a greater chance that Miovski can now have an impact.

He, Kelsy and Ryan Naderi may very well be the club's only fit strikers until the next transfer window.

However, if Miovski continues to struggle for minutes under McInnes, Rangers will be set on their price.

They want to get more than what they paid for him, which was a fee in the region of £4.2m.
