Nedim Bajrami leads heart-felt messages as Rangers finalise latest Ibrox sale
Rangers saw their hugely busy summer transfer window continue on Friday as another deal was confirmed.
Russell Martin is under ever-increasing pressure at Ibrox, and his grave situation has detracted somewhat from the Gers’ transfer business in recent days.
Bojan Miovski’s move to Rangers appears to be imminent, with the North Macedonia international reportedly undergoing a medical in Paris ahead of a £3million switch from Girona.
The striker is about to become the Govan outfit’s twelfth new addition of the summer, but it has been a possible departure that has dominated discussions in recent days.

Nedim Bajrami sends message as Hamza Igamane joins Lille
Hamza Igamane’s Rangers exit has felt like an inevitability since he refused to come on in the 1-1 draw with St Mirren last weekend.
The Moroccan has been linked with a move away since the start of the summer, and the switch that he so desperately desired has now come to fruition.
Igamane’s move to Lille was confirmed on Friday, with the French side securing his services for a fee thought to be in the region of £10.5m.
- Igamane has been linked with a move to Lille for several weeks now
- He told Martin he was injured when he was asked to come on against St Mirren
- Igamane was absent from Rangers training on Tuesday as he tried to force a move
The striker delivered a message to the Ibrox faithful via his Instagram account after his departure was confirmed.
“It’s time to bid farewell. Heartfelt thanks to everyone at Rangers, teammates, coaches, staff and the inredible fans who embraced me from the start,” he wrote.
“Your support helped me grow and create unforgettable memories. Wishing Rangers endless success.”
Nicolas Raskin, Djeidi Gassama and Nedim Bajrami are among those to have replied with a message of support for the 22-year-old after his exit was confirmed.
Bajrami, who has also been tipped to depart Ibrox this summer, simply issued a one-word response, writing “Brother,” followed by emojis of a handshake and a heart.
Rangers will glad to see Hamza Igamane depart
The saga surrounding Igamane’s future at Ibrox has rumbled on for far too long this summer, and Rangers will surely be glad to see it finally reach a conclusion.
Although they will not have wanted to lose the frontman, his stance towards playing for the club has been another unwelcome development from what has been a woeful start to the new campaign.
They have at least been able to secure a significant amount of money for him, and that may well be needed in January to patch up areas of concern that are already emerging within the squad.
It has not been a good few months for the Gers, but they will be happy to see a line drawn under Igamane’s time at the club.
